Eligibility
This Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens of all ages residing in Malaysia.
- Participation in the contest must follow the steps given and include the hashtags that were provided.
- Each account is only subjected to ONE entry only.
- Participants need to specify which social platform they will use during registration, choosing between Facebook or Instagram, and may only use one account for their application.
- Only participants who have registered and uploaded at least 1 photo on the website, and posted the photo on their Facebook or Instagram account, will be eligible for the weekly lucky draw..
- Only participants who accumulate submissions for 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days will have the opportunity to join the Grand Lucky Draw.
- The consecutive recognition of 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days is not limited to specific dates, participants only need to complete them during the event period.
- Please make sure that the registration form is duly completed for the purpose of prize redemptions.
The organiser will not be responsible for any false information provided. - By entering the contest, participants grant Taiwan Excellence the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including announcement of winners on social media platforms and websites.
- Any personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant’s consent.
- The winner will be announced on the contest website simultaneously on Taiwan Excellence Official Facebook and Instagram page.
- Winners will be contacted through email.
- If the winner fails to respond to Taiwan Excellence within five (5) days after being notified, Taiwan Excellence is entitled to select another winner in place.
- Collection of Prizes: The winners of the 7, 14, 21 Days Completion Lucky Draw are invited to collect the prizes at Perdana Botanical Garden Kuala Lumpur on 1 September 2024.
- Taiwan Excellence reserves the right at its absolute discretion to change, delete or add the Rules and Regulations of the Contest without prior notice.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations and decision of the Organiser.
- The announced results are deemed to be final, and no appeal or queries will be entertained.
